Hi, I’m Rae, founder of Boundless Growth + Wellness! We offer trauma-informed, body-centered therapy for adults seeking deeper self-connection and healing. I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with more than a decade of experience providing mental health and counseling services. Before starting this practice, I worked in non-profit, community mental health, and private practice settings where I supported people from many walks of life through a wide range of challenges.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, body-centered care. I integrate mindfulness, somatic experiencing, and relational approaches to help clients reconnect with their bodies and themselves in meaningful, lasting ways.

Real, Relational, and Rooted in the Body

I believe therapy works best when it’s built on trust, connection, and genuine care. My approach is individualized and collaborative. You bring your expertise in your own life. I bring presence, curiosity, and tools that support your growth.

Clients often describe me as grounded, open, and easy to connect with. I use humor, creativity, and compassion, even when the work is difficult. Healing is serious work, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time.

Above all, therapy should feel safe. I strive to offer culturally aware and competent support and welcome all identities, experiences, and lifestyles without judgment. As a hetero-cis female (she/her) and 2SLGBTQIA+ ally, I’m committed to providing affirming and inclusive care for people from diverse communities.

my approach:

Credentials & Training Highlights

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me in nature, moving, hiking, or surrounded by plants. I’ve always been someone who feels most grounded when connected to movement and the outdoors. Music is a constant presence in my life and often brings levity and joy to my days.

My late dog Brodie taught me more about love, presence, and grief than any book ever could. I’m still learning from that experience and it continues to shape the way I approach compassion and healing with others.
